SERVICES:

Services are initiated by contacting the ”Company” by email (preferred contact) for preliminary information (promero0053@gmail.com) or by text at (402)-541-8065. Through email or text contact the “Company” will establish if we can be of service to you and to set an appointment time, if appropriate, to review your information with you personally in more depth. Cost of services is listed below:

Email or text consultation: Free. However this is only initially to gain information and/or for short communications such as setting up appointment and meeting times. promero0053@gmail.com

Initial consultation visit in person: Billed at $60/hr with 1 hour minimum. Additional time is billed in 15 minute increments. At this visit issues will be identified with potential strategies recommended as appropriate. The parent must have any relevant information (IFSP or IEP’s, MDT’s) available to the “Company” at or before this meeting. If only an initial consultation is desired, the parent will receive an email, within a week of the consultation, with a summary of written issues identified and potential strategies that were discussed.

Attendance at an educational meeting: Billed at 15 minute unit increments at $15.00 each unit (ie $60 for 60 minutes). The “Company” will be physically present at the meeting, if scheduling allows. It is recommended that parents work to limit meetings to under 90 minutes in total length. Opportunities to reduce meeting length (which benefit both parties) include requesting information with Present Levels of Performance, Goals and Objectives, Services offered and Service Delivery Times three (3) days prior to the meeting. Review of this information by the “Company” including some email exchange is at no cost.

Consultations between Initial and Meetings, or after Meetings, etc: 15 minutes at $15.00, billed in 15 minute unit increments. Some email exchange will be considered free for clarification or suggestions, but extensive email exchanges may necessitate a personal visit or phone call which would incur a charge.

Brief follow ups by email involve asking a few questions for clarification, or commenting on progress, with 1 follow up email from the “Company“ addressing the parent’s information. The email must be initiated by the parent.

A classroom or therapy observation at the parent’s request: 60 minutes at $60/hr.

Parents will be notified prior to a consultation for which there is a charge by the “Company”.

The “Company” reserves the right to refuse to provide a consultation or service due to “insufficient lack of knowledge in the area” by the “Company” representative; to refuse to provide a consultation or service due to previous nonpayment for services; and to refuse to provide further consultation or services due to discrepancies in the parent’s and the “Company’s” values.

Payment of services are expected within 24 hours of receiving an invoice, unless other arrangements are made.

Payments may be made via PayPal at promero0053@gmail.com or through the Paypal button on the Payment page. Credit cards as well as Paypal is accepted. You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay in this manner.

A prepaid purchase of a package of 180 minutes (prepayment of $180) earns 60 FREE minutes. The resulting total of 240 minutes from the prepaid purchase can be used for payment of any of the services without a time limit.
